About the event
ART is an evidence-based intervention that harnesses the power of eye movements and guided imagery to resolve distressing memories and symptoms rapidly and effectively. Research demonstrates ART’s effectiveness in treating PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, grief, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. In this free online session, I will provide an overview of ART’s clinical applications, highlight case examples from private practice, and demonstrate how this modality can shorten treatment timelines while enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
