About Me
If you’ve left a high-conflict or emotionally abusive relationship, you may still feel anxious, confused, or unsure who you are now. I help clients heal from the lasting impact of toxic dynamics, rebuild trust in themselves, and find peace after chaos. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and other trauma-informed approaches, I help you move past painful memories and feel grounded, confident, and in control again.

I work with people who are recovering from trauma. That might mean a single event that’s shaken your sense of stability, or it could be the result of an abusive childhood or a difficult relationship as an adult. Whatever it is, we’ll work together to help you heal and find peace.

Another area I’m passionate about is working as a court-ordered parent coordinator. Divorce and co-parenting can be incredibly stressful, and it’s easy for conflict to take over. That’s where I come in. I help parents move past the anger and find solutions that work for everyone—especially the kids. Because when parents are on the same page, kids have the chance to truly thrive.
In addition to my therapy work, I am a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. I provide both group and individual clinical supervision to LMSWs who are working toward their LCSW license. I love helping other social workers grow in their skills and confidence as they take the next step in their careers.

Before I became a therapist, I spent years as a middle and high school English teacher. I’ve always loved seeing people grow and thrive, and that’s something I bring into my therapy work. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can unpack what’s weighing you down and start building the life you deserve.
